Ciro el Grande también conocido como Ciro II de Persia (Persa: کوروش بزرگ , Hebreo: כֹ֙ורֶשׁ֙, kôresh, Griego: Κύρος, kiros c. Nacido::600 aC o Nacido::576 aC-Muerto::530 aC) fue el fundador del gran Imperio Aqueménida. Él fue el conquistador y gobernante de Babilonia desde 539 aC hasta su muerte en 530 aC.[1] Él era el hijo de Cambises, rey de Anshan.[2]
