El Éufrates (Hebreo: פרת, Perāth; Siríaco: ܦܪܬ, Prāth; Griego: Ευφράτης, Euphratēs; Árabe: الفرات, Al-Furāt) es el río occidental de los dos ríos que conforman la Mesopotamia, junto con el Tigris, que fluye desde las montañas de Anatolia, Turquía a Iraq.
