The Euphrates (Plantilla:Hebrew Name; Syriac: Plantilla:Aramaic Name2; Plantilla:Greek Name; Plantilla:Arabic Name) is the western river of the two rivers that make up Mesopotamia, along with the Tigris, which flows from the mountains of Anatolia, Turkey through Iraq.
