Please use the following page format and templates when writing articles linked from the Index to Creationist Claims. It will help maintain a consistent appearance in the archive.
Purpose | Wiki code | Result of code |
This is the preferred page format for CreationWiki's rebuttals to Talk.Origin's Responses to Creationists Claims. The code in the cell to the right contains 3 templates, which may be simultaneously copied and then pasted into a new page for editing.

Copy and paste the following code into your blank CreationWiki page to respond to a Talk.Origins claim. {{Icc header}} '''Claim [http://example.talkorigins.org/claim.html Place-number-here]:''' <!-- Don't forget to put BOTH the url and the claim number in the previous line. Then delete this comment. --> Place the text of creationist claim here... '''Source:''' Place citation or source of creationist claim here...

Response article heading message |
{{Icc header}} | Plantilla:Icc header |
Talk.Origins quote explanatory text (This doesn't save much typing, but will allow for easy CreationWiki-wide change to the wording if, for example, the quote box colour is changed in the future.) |
{{to quotes}} | (citas de Talk.Origins en azul) |
Talk.Origins quote in box | {{quote|Place the quote here}} | The quote |
The link back to the index of quotes | {{Return icc}} | Plantilla:Return icc |
NOTES:
- The previous restriction of using a given template a maximum of five times on a page no longer applies (it only affected earlier versions of the wiki software).
- The template names are case-sensitive, except for the first letter: {{return icc}} and {{Return icc}} both work, but {{return ICC}} will not.
- Note the difference between the second and third templates: The first one has an "s": {{to quotes}}.
- It appears that you cannot include external links within the parameter of the {{to quote}} template.
To see an actual example, CG110 has been modified to use these templates.
LINKS
As normal, appropriate terms in the articles should be linked, and linked once only. "Talk.Origins" itself is linked in the {{to quotes}} template, so there should be no need to link references to Talk.Origins.
